We have recently updated our website and unfortunately have lost the function to order prescriptions via our website.
We are aware this has been very disruptive and caused problems for many of our patients and we are very sorry for the inconvenience and problems this has caused.
Moving forward, if you would like to request your prescription online, we would ask that you order via the NHS app, your online account or e-mailing fowey.prescriptions@nhs.net. If you do request by email please can you include your name, date of birth and address.
You are also able to request your prescription in writing via any of our sites.
If you are a Polruan dispensing patient, we would ask that you do not use the NHS app to request your prescriptions online and that you e-mail the practice only at fowey.prescriptions@nhs.net.
