From 1st October 2025, our online consultation (KLINIK) will be accessible during our core opening hours, 8am – 6:30pm.
To ensure the best, safe care for you and your family, please only submit non-urgent/routine online consultation requests or queries.
We aim to review all clinical enquiries that are submitted before 3pm on the same working day, however we may not contact you the same day. All queries submitted after 3pm, or outside working hours, will be reviewed the next working day.
For urgent help during opening hours, you should call us on 01726 829272 or if it is life threatening please call 999. If you require urgent help outside of the opening hours, please visit NHS 111 online or call 111. In an emergency please call 999.
