The practice received a thoughtful and productive letter from the Polruan Save our Surgery Campaign working group with some very helpful questions, observations and suggestions. We feel it is helpful to share our reply for information for patients who are not a part of this working group.
To respond as fully as practicable and provide context and background information has resulted in a very lengthy document. We appreciate this is not easily accessible and hence we have also provided a summary document which provides a shorter response.
